Your contact details, thoughtfully handled.
This notice covers family pilot applications and physical toy interest registrations on this website.
Just what we need for this registration
The family pilot and toy interest forms collect an adult contact email, interest type, language preference, consent version and submission time. If a link includes a campaign identifier, we also save that identifier, not the full referring URL.
How we use it
We use your details to arrange the family pilot or share physical toy developments, according to the interest you select. Signing in with Google or an email link creates a parent account. A trial application is submitted only after your explicit confirmation. An application does not guarantee access or place an order. The Xiaozhu project team maintains these details while needed for recruitment and contact, and deletes them when no longer needed or when you withdraw. We do not sell your email to advertisers or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Before a child joins
This form does not request a child’s name, school, photos or recordings. Please do not submit a child’s personal details. Before a child participates, we will provide separate information about conversation data processing, retention, access and deletion, and obtain parent consent. Contact permission here does not replace that consent.
Essential website data
Your language selection is stored in a browser cookie; parent login uses a separate session cookie. This website does not include advertising or third-party marketing tracking scripts. Hosting and service infrastructure may process technical logs needed to operate the website.
Withdraw or correct your details
You may ask to withdraw your registration, correct your email or delete your contact details. When you receive a pilot invitation or toy update from the team, you can reply directly with your request.
